SAP NEWSBYTE - October 05, 2009 - National Cable Network (NCN) of Russia recently won a bronze Gartner & 1to1 Customer Award in the Enterprise CRM Optimization category for “excellence in the use of full-suite CRM technology.” The award was given at the annual Gartner Customer Relationship Management summit, held Sept. 14–16, 2009, in Scottsdale, Arizona. This is the first-ever Russian implementation of the SAP® Customer Relationship Management (SAP CRM) application to win an award.
NCN’s use of SAP CRM 2007 was deemed a Gartner award winner due to its broad functionality to bring customer-oriented business processes together and facilitate development of innovative customer-oriented products and services. NCN said its SAP CRM system helped the company to generate significant, tangible business improvements by boosting customer satisfaction and sales while decreasing subscriber churn.
NCN is one of the leading telecommunications operators in Russia. It develops analog and digital cable TV and provides dedicated Internet and telephone access.
