You can fly into any of the New York airports (JFK, LGA, Newark) or White Plains (Westchester county airport). Limo services include:
We are also located within walking distance or a short cab ride from the Stamford train station which is serviced by both Metro North and Amtrak. One Stamford Plaza is next to the Marriott hotel, visible from the train station.
Check in with security on the 4th floor (street level). They can direct you to the elevators to go to the 11th floor. Once you enter our offices on the 11th floor of One Stamford Plaza, the receptionist will direct you to the training center.
Parking:
If you are staying at the Stamford Marriott, you will be able to park there and walk to the training. If you are coming from a distance, you can park in the garage for 1 Stamford Plaza.

- NY, LGA and JFK Airports – 1 hour
- CT, Bradley International Airport – 1.5 hours

Interstate 95 (North)
- Take Exit 8, the Atlantic Street exit and follow to end of ramp to the light.
- Turn left onto Atlantic and stay in the far right lane.
- At the third light, turn onto Tresser Boulevard.
- Follow Tresser through two lights and turn right onto the fourth driveway, the entrance to One Stamford Plaza and the Marriott Hotel.
- The entrance to the parking garage for One Stamford Plaza will be on your left.
Interstate 95 (South)
- Take Exit 8, the Elm Street Exit and follow to end of the ramp to the light.
- Cross over Elm onto North State Street. You will pass the driveway entrances to Four, Three and One & Two Stamford Plaza on your right.
- Turn right onto the fourth driveway, the entrance to One Stamford Plaza and the Marriott Hotel.
- The entrance to the parking garage for One Stamford Plaza will be on the right.
Merritt Parkway / Rte 15 (North):
- Take Exit 35, the High Ridge Road, Route 137, Stamford Business District exit and follow to the end of ramp to light.
- Turn right onto High Ridge Road; follow High Ridge Road for three miles (approximately 16 lights).
- After three miles, High Ridge Road merges into Summer Street, a one-way street. Follow Summer Street through approximately 9 lights to the end.
- At the end of Summer Street, bear left onto Bank Street and follow it to the end.
- Turn right at the light onto Atlantic Street; stay in the far-left lane and at next light, turn left onto Tresser Boulevard.
- Follow Tresser through two lights and turn right into the fourth driveway, the entrance road to One Stamford Plaza and the Marriott Hotel.
- The entrance to the parking garage for One Stamford Plaza will be on the left.
Merritt Parkway / Rte 15 (South):
- Take Exit 35, the High Ridge Road, Route 137, Stamford Business District exit.
- The exit ramp will merge into High Ridge headed south toward Stamford's Business District.
- Follow High Ridge for three miles (approximately 15 lights).
- After three miles, High Ridge Road merges into Summer Street, a one-way street. Follow Summer Street through approximately 9 lights to the end.
- At the end of Summer Street, bear left onto Bank Street and follow it to the end.
- Turn right at the light onto Atlantic Street; stay in the far-left lane and at next light, turn left onto Tresser Boulevard.

To enter the building and get to our office:
- Follow the signs that read "One Stamford Plaza, Atrium entrance."
- Take elevator to the 4th floor and sign in with security at the desk in front of the elevators (be prepared to show a photo ID, or display your building access card.
- One Stamford Plaza will be diagonally to your right as you exit the elevator and Two Stamford Plaza will be to your left as you exit the elevator.
- Take the One Stamford Plaza elevator to the 11th floor.
