Working along with a well-respected resource from your organization, the SAP consultant will help your organization accept and adapt to your new business processes with a minimum of disruption to your daily operations.

Remote OCM Coaching

As an add-on to the OCM Assessment or Onsite Consulting described above, SAP Remote OCM coaching provides you with direct telephone access to an SAP OCM consulting principal for a specific number of hours per week or month, as agreed upon. Your SAP resource can help you troubleshoot problems, suggest OCM activities, and plan the next steps in your organizational change management program.

The OCM Executive Workshop
