Vacation time provides you with the opportunity to rest and relax with pay. Employees are eligible to earn vacation from their date of hire, and continue to earn vacation time for each completed pay period thereafter.

Vacation accrual is based on the number of completed years of service as follows:

Months of Service	Days Accrued Annually
up to three years	15 days
three to five years	20 days
five to eight years	23 days
more than eight years	25 days

Paid Holidays
You are eligible for 10 paid holidays, including scheduled and floating holidays.
