Flexible Spending Accounts
SAP America offers two plans that allow you to use your own pre-tax dollars
to pay for qualifying health care and dependent care out-of-pocket expenses:
- Health Care Spending Account – Reimburses you tax-free for most
types of health-related expenses for you or your eligible dependents that
are not reimbursed through any other group insurance plans.
- Dependent Care Spending Account – Reimburses you for most types
of dependent day care expenses on behalf of your qualifying dependents.
The minimum annual contribution for both accounts is $150; the maximum is $5,000.
