Previously, Interbank had no information analysis tool and lacked visibility into data spread throughout different areas of the organization. Reporting was done manually with spreadsheets. The company implemented SAP BusinessObjects business intelligence (BI) solutions and integrated a large portion of the information handled in the company into the following areas: stores, customer service, collections, and commercial.

Now, more than 300 Interbank users can access online reports with just one click. They have reliable, real-time analytical information about different business areas – from store management to credit card management or customer segmentation.

Moreover, with SAP BusinessObjects BI solutions, the financial management team at Interbank can analyze how the organization’s strategic objectives are put into action. The solutions enable visibility of all Interbank’s business areas, offering reliable information for intelligent decision-making and closing the gap between strategy and execution.
