WICT Tech It Out promotes the cable technology opportunities to women who are already employed in the cable industry, but are not fully aware of the options available to them. Additionally, the program showcases the cable technology industry to women in other professions, such as engineering, who have the necessary skills sets, but not the knowledge of cable as a career path option.

Through grassroots efforts largely facilitated by the WICT chapters, Tech It Out will educate the middle grade, high school, and college audiences. SAP is a co-sponsor and Bob Hritsko, Industry Principal, Cable and Telecommunications, SAP is a featured speaker at this event.
