The level 2 classes for FI and CO is a good starting point into this area. These are AC010, AC040 and AC050. AC010 focuses purely on Financial Accounting (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting and some Cash Management). AC040 focuses purely on Management Accounting and examples are drawn from a Manufacturing Environment (Cost Centres, Internal Orders, Product Costing, Profitability Analysis and Profit Centres). AC050 varies so do be careful which Collection number you choose. Collection 62 is an AC010/AC040 hybrid, covering the more popular areas in both i.e. General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cost Centres and Internal Orders. Collection 92 is pure Management Accounting based in a Service Environment (Cost Centres, Internal Orders, Product Costing (for Services), Profitability Analysis. The UK plan to continue to offer an AC010/AC040 hybrid in the latest version of the system: WGBFAC
