VIRTUAL LIVE CLASSROOM TRAINING

SAP Education provides regularly scheduled delivery of project team training on a virtual, remote, classroom basis.

With virtual live classroom training you get comprehensive training from SAP experts using over-the web connectivity. The same type of content delivered in SAP's traditional "brick and mortar" classrooms is presented during virtual classroom deliveries. As in SAP's traditional classrooms, SAP virtual live classroom stresses hands-on learning providing each registered student with exclusive access to live SAP systems throughout each course.

Registration Cutoff

Registration for public virtual live classroom deliveries will be stopped at 5:00 p.m. UK time, six (6) business days before the start date of delivery. This cutoff is to allow for the delivery of course material, as well as giving adequate time for all registered students to download software and carry out all required activities before the course starts.

Please note: registrations can be taken after this cutoff, up until three (3) business days before the event commences. However, in this case we cannot guarantee delivery of your course material in time for the course.

Course Delivery Times

All deliveries of publicly scheduled virtual live classroom training will be carried out from 9:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. UK time.

Student/Customer Responsibility

Five (5) business days prior to delivery start, an e-mail will be sent to each registered student identifying the required software downloads and activities to be carried out before the start of their virtual classroom delivery.

It is the responsibility of each registered student to plan time for and complete all required software installation and other outlined activities prior to the start of the class.

Students/customers are discouraged from registering for a virtual classroom delivery if they will not be able to complete these activities prior to delivery start. Failure to complete these activities will negatively impact the student/customers satisfaction with the virtual live classroom delivery.

Please refer to our local terms and conditions before registration for virtual live classroom training. Please also note the terms and conditions set out for the use of the Audio and Web Conferencing Services.

Registration

In order to register for a Virtual Live Classroom course, please complete and return the registration form to education.uk@sap.com.
