Testing

For many organisations users are required to pass assessments before they are granted user IDs to access the system. However, increasingly competence assessments are used to measure the capability of the work force, identify areas where training could improve performance and measure the effectiveness of training programmes. Assessments can be delivered as a Web based questionnaire, completing a simulation, or an assortment of tests controlled by a learning management solution.
