Overview

Developing a coherent viewpoint or approach to e-learning and learning management is especially challenging due to the current fragmented nature of most training provision and the adoption of new HR approaches to personal career planning and development as well as competency and performance management.

This service is designed to help organisations develop a clearer understanding of their overall requirements, processes and issues associated with the management and provision of learning.

The e-learning needs analysis includes a combination of group workshops and individual requirements meetings with key stakeholders to understand current processes, together with analysis of common and unique requirements and issues.

Duration

15 days:
2 days initial orientation
7 days requirements gathering including one or more workshops
3 days definition and analysis
2 days report generation and 1 day presentation and review

Deliverables

A report and presentation, outlining a cross-organisational view of learning management requirements, processes and issues within the organisation.
