Overview

The objective of this service is to review the context and dynamics of the current learning and training business in the organisation, using an e-learning Readiness Assessment Framework.

Working with a team of key stakeholders we jointly explore the primary objectives of the business, review current learning and employee development activities and projects and evaluate existing learning technologies. Guidance on estimating timescales and budgets for e-learning is also provided.

The service is concluded with a presentation of immediate options and issues for e-learning within the organisation.

Duration

3 days:
1 day information gathering through a series of meetings and discussions
1 day off-site analysis
1 day report production.
