  • Business Process in HCM Payroll (HR110) explains the organisation and processes in payroll, including subsequent activities.
  • Configuration of Master Data (HR305) prepares you to customise personnel administration data.
  • Recruitment (HR315) explains the recruitment functions in mySAP ERP HCM and how to perform typical process flows from job advertisements to applications and hiring.
  • Programming in Human Capital Management (HR350) enables you to programme HCM reports using logical databases and HCM-specific statements.
  • Organisational Management (HR505) prepares you to configure the Organisational Management component in mySAP HR.
  • Authorisations in HR (HR940) prepares you to create roles and authorisations in HR.
  • Reporting in Human Resources (HR580) explains Standard Reporting and Info Systems, and the role of HR in Business Information Warehouse Benchmarking and in Strategic Enterprise Management (Balanced Scorecard).
  • Configuration of Time Recording (HR306) provides an overview of time management with and without time evaluation (negative and positive time management).
  • Personnel Development (HR510) prepares you to perform typical process flows in Personnel Development.
  • Advanced Organisational Management (HR506) prepares you to explain and demonstrate the functions and configuration of the SAP application component Organisational Management.
  • Training and Event Management (HR515) enables you to perform typical process flows, such as creating an event catalogue, booking attendees, and billing for events.
  • Management/Administration III ? Case Study (THR14) prepares you to map the enterprise structure, master data, and business processes of a company in the SAP System and configure the system as required.
