Talent Management comprises more advanced functions of human resources management.

Talent Management includes a number of employee-oriented functions for new hires, employee development and associated training and event management, and e-learning, for example. Compensation Management and Personnel Cost Planning, however, have a more strategic character.

  • The course HR270 (SAP Learning Solution Overview) gives you an overview of e-learning, its management, and the different ways of presenting learning content to the student.
  • Course HR260 (Manager Self Service in HR) teaches a tool that managers can use to display and maintain their employees' personnel and accounting information. Please note that a special curriculum on the use of portals in human resources is offered in addition to these two courses.
  • The course HR315 (Recruitment) explains the recruitment functions in mySAP ERP Human Capital Management. In a series of exercises, you will learn to perform typical process flows from job advertisements to applications and hiring. The course also covers system configuration.
  • The course HR316 (E-Recruiting) is a new course that covers the new e-recruiting solution included in mySAP ERP HCM.
  • The course HR505 (Organizational Management) concerns the organizational structure of your company. More advanced aspects of organizational management, such as data model enhancement and adjustment of the hierarchy framework, are covered in course HR506 (Advanced Organizational Management).
  • The course HR510 (Personnel Development) covers the functions and configuration of the Personnel Development component. This includes appraisal systems, development planning, career planning, succession planning, and managing skills.
  • Course HR515 (Training and Event Management) covers the planning and administration of courses, the resources required, and the necessary configuration steps.
  • Course HR540 (Compensation Management) describes the options available for defining rules and regulations for the compensation of employees, and for executing compensation adjustments, like salary reviews.
  • The course HR550 (Personnel Cost Planning) explains personnel cost analysis, previews, comparisons, and simulations.
