End-User Service Delivery and End-User Enablement services involve the inclusion of employees in human resources processes. This is achieved with the portal-based components Employee Self-Service, Manager Self-Service, and SAP Learning Solution. - The course HR130 (Essentials Portal in HR) is the introductory course preceding all other HCM courses and provides an overview of the possible applications of the portal from a human resources perspective.
- The course HR250 (Employee Self Services in HCM) introduces you to the SAP Employee Self-Services (SAP ESS) available to you in the portal.
- SAP ESS enables employees to view and maintain personal data - which could previously only be maintained by human resources - using their company intranet. It also provides a number of other services that allow employees to update their qualifications and book training courses.
- The course HR260 (Manager Self Services in HCM) explains the concept of Manager Self Services and discusses their configuration and use in human resources. MSS enables managers to view and maintain personnel and accounting information for employees in their area of responsibility.
- The course HR270 (SAP Learning Solution Overview) provides an overview of the methodological and pedagogical concept of the SAP Learning Solution.
