Since 1997 SAP SSC Ireland has become a key player in the delivery of service and support to SAP customers worldwide.

With more than 750 employees spread over two locations in Dublin and Galway, SAP provides support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We provide high-level, pro active and reactive support for SAP products across EMEA and the United States, to complement our other support centers worldwide.

We employ highly qualified, experienced multilingual professionals who deliver Global Support, Remote Upgrades, EarlyWatch/GoingLive and other equally valuable services to customers across the world. The Irish Support Teams are strongly tied into SAP's Global Support organisation. Every member of the Support team has gained specialist knowledge in a number of specific SAP Basis modules, SAP Internet applications or SAP Application modules. Our tools are, among others, various knowledge databases, remote connections to customer systems, close relationships with hardware and software partners and our own Development Support.
