The Public Sector User Group (PSUG) aims to support and represent its members by influencing the management of SAP from a position of independent strength. By focusing on areas of common interest the PSUG helps every member share professional expertise and to learn of the latest SAP product and support arrangements.
To provide a forum for the exchange of information and experiences relating to the SAP Public Sector users, whilst also gaining an understanding of future technical developments within SAP.
This will be achieved by:
- Acting as an independent organisation and provide an independent voice for organisations and individuals using SAP products and technologies in the UK
- Maintaining a healthy dialogue between SAP and SAP users
- Fostering good communications and networking between SAP users themselves
- Ensuring that SAP UK understands the needs of its customers and users
- Educating and communicating information to all members on SAP products and support developments.
- Considering common problems with products and consulting on preferred solutions.
- Exchanging experience between organisations in order to facilitate common best practice.
- Considering and advising on appropriate support for SAP Public Sector users.
Membership:
- Up to two representative users from each organisation.
- Representatives from prospective external organisations when appropriate.
- Representatives of SAP as provider of the Software Platform.
Frequency of Meetings:
4 monthly (3 meetings a year)

- CRM: Bryony Shelton, Buckinghamshire
- Reporting (formerly BW): Julian Jordan, Cardiff
