  • Tim Noble

    UKI Managing Director and Senior Vice President of the Netherlands

    Tim Noble

    Tim Noble holds a dual role as Managing Director of SAP UK & Ireland and Senior Vice President to SAP Netherlands. Tim is responsible, with the support of the UKI and Dutch Leadership Teams, for executing SAP’s business strategy and growth plans, which enables SAP to maintain its dominant and successful position in both markets. In particular, Tim’s focus is to help SAP’s customers adapt quickly to changing and challenging market conditions so they can run, grow, or transform their business in order to achieve their strategic goals.

    Prior to this role at SAP, Tim was also Head of Emerging Markets in Europe during which he was responsible for strengthening regional capability, driving growth and delivering innovation to customers across emerging markets in the region. Prior to joining SAP, Tim was Senior Vice-President and Executive Officer at Gartner, where he had responsibility for the development and execution of the company’s global sales strategy. During his 15 years working with Gartner, he served in a number of sales and leadership positions. Prior to this, Tim worked for organisations including New Science Associates, and Yourdon International, a subsidiary of Kodak.

  • Laura Burton

    Human Resources Director

    Laura Burton

    Laura Burton was appointed HR Director for the UK and Ireland in October 2011. Laura is responsible for managing a team of seven HR Business Partners dedicated to supporting all Business functions across SAP UKI. She also oversees the wider HR team who supports recruitment, contracts, training, rewards and benefits for approximately 1100 employees.

    Prior to joining SAP, Laura spent 12 years working for Capgemini and IBM in a variety of HR roles and management positions.

  • Elena Shishkina

    Chief Financial Officer

    Elena Shishkina

    As Chief Financial Officer, Elena Shishkina is primarily responsible for driving financial excellence, as well as pro-actively supporting commercial operations across the UK business, with an overall objective to optimize profitability and maximize cash flow generation. She also has overall responsibility for all compliance activity in the UK and Ireland market unit.

    Elena was appointed as Chief Financial Officer, SAP UK and Ireland in April 2011, and has been at SAP since 2005, having most recently acted as CFO and General Manager for the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS). Prior to joining SAP, Elena held positions of CFO at ASB Reitung and Consultant at InterMatrix, in Russia.

  • Guy Armstrong

    Chief Operating Officer, SAP UK and Ireland

    Guy Armstrong

    As COO, Guy is responsible for providing sales support infrastructure to drive sales and operational excellence. Guy's organisation enables and supports multiple lines of business to ensure SAP UKI helps its customers to realise the full value from their SAP investments and become best run businesses.

    Guy joined SAP in 2005 as Director of Operations Consulting, most recently holding positions of UKI Field Services Director for Business Unit North. Throughout his time at SAP, Guy led one of the highest performing Units globally. Prior to SAP, Guy worked for Gartner in its Benchmarking & Consulting Practices and was Vice President of its EMEA Consulting Operations Division. Guy has over 15 years' experience in the IT industry.

  • John Antunes

    Regional Director: General Business & Channels, UKI and Netherlands

    John Antunes

    John Antunes was appointed as Regional Director, General business and Channels, SAP UKI and Netherlands in January 2013. In this role, John is responsible for the management of the SME and Channel teams in both counties, covering the entire portfolio of SAP SME solutions, as well as local channel partners (system integrators, resellers, distributors, equipment and outsourcing partners).

    John joined SAP in January 2011, bringing more than 15 years of experience from the SME technology sector. Previously he was Head of SME at leading IT security vendor Sophos, where he was responsible for developing and executing their direct and indirect sales strategy. Prior to Sophos, John was Partner Sales Manager at Microsoft UK, and before that, held various Managerial and Sales Director roles at Sage and Softline Pastel in South Africa.

  • Peter Heffner

    UKI Board Director

    Peter Heffner

    As a Director of the UKI Executive Board, Peter Heffner is responsible for ensuring consistent value management and service delivery to SAP’s largest and most strategic UK and Ireland customers. Peter’s role is to align and coordinate the resources within SAP to ensure appropriate success. He works across all industry sectors and teams to enable customers to maximise the value from SAP’s solutions.

    Prior to this latest role Peter was Director and General Manager of the Premier Customer Network, responsible for some of SAP’s largest and most strategic clients in the United Kingdom and Ireland, ensuring consistent value management and service delivery.

    Peter has been with SAP for over a decade undertaking a variety of roles. He originally joined to manage the Process/CPG Sales team. He was then responsible for the management of the Discrete Sales Team. Following this role, he operated as a Global Account Director for a number of the largest UK headquartered customers and then acted as Sales Director for the Large Enterprise sales team at SAP UKI, culminating in the role of Director and General Manager of the Large Enterprise Sales and Operations team at SAP UKI.

    Director of Database, Technology & Mobility Solutions

    Jonathan Best

    As a member of SAP UK's Board, and Director of Database, Technology & Mobility Solutions, Jonathan is responsible for several of SAP's latest innovations, including HANA and the SAP Mobile Platform, as well as a broad portfolio of SAP technologies including those acquired from Sybase. Jonathan leads a team of sales and technical experts who work across industries to help customers adopt SAP's Big Data solutions, move their systems to the Cloud, and take advantage of SAP innovations to transform their businesses.

    Jonathan has 20 years’ experience in the Software Industry, previously holding Sales Management and Strategy roles with SAP in the UK, China and Japan. Prior to re-joining SAP in January 2013, Jonathan was Global Vice-President of Healthcare Sales for Oracle's Health Sciences business.

    Director of Marketing, SAP UKI

    Andrea Cross

    Andrea was appointed Director of Marketing in October 2012 and is responsible for the development and execution of SAP’s Marketing strategy in the UK and Ireland, including building awareness of SAP’s innovation agenda as well as generating interest and demand for SAP’s entire product portfolio within SAP’s target market categories – Database, Analytics, Cloud, Mobility and Applications.

    Andrea previously led the Sybase EMEA Marketing organisation and prior to that she worked at Oracle for 6 years in various senior marketing roles.

    She has also run her own IT Marketing Consultancy and worked at Compuware, Informix and Microsoft.

    Director of Consumer Industries, SAP UK & Ireland

    David Phull

    As a member of SAP’s UK Board and Director of Consumer Industries, David leads a team of sales, marketing, presales and industry experts in to SAP’s Retail and Consumer Products customers, supporting them on their drive for business transformation to engage with customers across multiple channels and business models.

    David joined SAP in December 2010 as the Head of Retail, Travel and Transport Sectors. Prior to this, David was part of IBM’s Software Group, where he held a variety of Sales, Consultancy and Management roles over a 10 year span. David has also held roles at Kingfisher, Sara Lee and DHL.

    Director of Sales, SAP UK & Ireland

    James Hogan

    In his current role as Sales Director and member of the SAP UK Board, James is responsible for delivering value through SAP’s latest innovations to customers within the Discrete Manufacturing, Telecommunications, Media and Service Industries. James joined SAP in 2008 as the Head of Sales for Manufacturing, Media and Services after the Business Objects acquisition in 2008 where he was the Enterprise Sales Manager for seven years.

    Prior to his roles at SAP and Business Objects, James held roles in Global Sales and New Business Sales at Sage and Tetra.
