He is a qualified chartered accountant with over eleven years experience focusing on performance planning and management. Nick joined Deloitte in 1997 and his early career focused on developing consolidation and budgeting solutions. As the industry consolidated Nick was at the heart of developing the Deloitte approach to integrated performance management, aligning the efforts of organisations to turn strategic intentions into realised successes.
Nick has a broad range of experience across industry sectors with a specific focus on Consumer Business and has led a number of transformational projects for major blue chip organisations, predominantly in the performance management space. His recent contributions to performance management thought leadership include articles published in CIMA Insight and the sponsor’s perspective in the CFO Research Services publication Strategy Execution Linking Value, Metrics, and Rewards.
