EMEA Vice President, Head of Maintenance Sales in EMEA
Dominique Congnard directs all aspects of maintenance sales across 50 subsidiaries operating in more than 100 countries. In his role as Vice President, reporting to the SAP Regional President, he is responsible for the global maintenance revenue and customer satisfaction for the region. He has been appointed to the role of Vice President in January 2007. He has been a key driver for setting the right engagement with SAP customers across the region.
Prior to this, Dominique served as the Senior Sales Director for IT excellence for SAP EMEA NEWS, leading the IT excellence project. He laid the foundation of IT excellence for SAP EMEA NEWS by introducing a consistent industry go-to-market model, new services and software offering. He developed successfully the Field Service portfolio for the benefit of many customers within the region.
From 2003 to 2005, Dominique served as EMEA Sales Director for Advanced Product Services for Oracle multiplying sales and customer satisfaction. In this role, he successfully developed and marketed Oracle’s ACS sales and overall contribute to Oracle Support Services strategy.
Dominique Congnard holds an Business Administration degree from Edinburgh University and a Executive MBA at Ecoles Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées in France.
