Tim Noble

Managing Director, SAP United Kingdom & Ireland

Tim Noble, Managing Director of SAP United Kingdom and Ireland, joined the company on 15th June 2009. His primary focus is to drive the company’s business strategy, and execute growth plans that will enable SAP to expand its leadership position in the business software arena. A key goal for Tim is to carry forward the company’s Clear strategy which enables customers to exploit SAP’s integrated solutions for improved performance, efficiency and flexibility.

Prior to beginning his role at SAP, Tim was Senior Vice-President and Executive Officer at Gartner. In this role, Tim had responsibility for the development and execution of the company’s global sales strategy. During his 15 years working with Gartner, he served in a number of sales and leadership positions. Prior to this, Tim worked for organisations including New Science Associates, and Yourdon International, a subsidiary of Kodak.

Teri Ellison

Human Resources Director

Teri joined SAP in April 2008 as HR Director for the UK and Ireland. She is responsible for attracting, retaining and developing over 800 employees. Teri's role is to ensure that all employees within SAP UKI are engaged in the workplace and have a good understanding of their career path and opportunities within the company by developing a learning culture. She has ambitions of making SAP one of the best places to work in the UKI market and is currently putting processes in place to ensure this happens.

Prior to SAP, Teri spent two years running her own firm provided consultancy to small and medium businesses looking to develop HR capability and specialised in helping leaders and managers develop their skills. She has over 15 years experience in the IT sector and has worked for organisations such as Cable & Wireless, Microsoft, ICL, Fujitsu and Avanade.

Peter Heffner

Director and General Manager, Premier Customer Network

As Director and General Manager of the Premier Customer Network, Peter Heffner is responsible for the collection of SAP’s largest and most strategic clients in the United Kingdom and Ireland, in order to ensure consistent value management and delivery.

Prior to this role, Peter was the Director and General Manager of the Large Enterprise Sales and Operations team at SAP UKI where he was responsible for driving the growth and success of the sales force in the UKI including the implementation and roll-out of key sales initiatives into the UKI market to build on his team's excellent record of acquiring new customers and providing value to existing customers.

Peter has been with SAP for over 11 years, undertaking a variety of roles. He originally joined to manage the Process/CPG Sales team. He was then responsible for the management of the Discrete Sales Team. Following this role, he operated as a Global Account Director for a number of the largest UK headquartered customers and then acted as Sales Director for the Large Enterprise sales team at SAP UKI.

Before joining SAP, Peter was the Director of Sales for SSA.

Frederic Arrouays

Chief Financial Officer

Frederic Arrouays, Chief Financial Officer, is responsible for the organisation’s financial and administrative activities. He joined from Business Objects where he spent nine years and held various CFO positions including France, UK, Emerging Markets and most recently the EMEA Region. Beyond the IT industry, Frederic has extensive international finance and business experience in a variety of sectors including Pharmaceuticals, Logistics and Transportation, Automotive and Banking.

Jonathan Trew

Field Services Director

Jonathan is responsible for services and support to provide customers with the knowledge, tools, and assistance for business success. Jonathan has 25 years experience in the IT industry, working in commercial organisation’s, management consultancy and the software industry.

Jonathan joins from Oracle where he has held a number of senior management positions across both the Licence and Consulting lines of business. Prior to Oracle, Jonathan worked for Price Waterhouse, working extensively across many European countries in the Rail, Airline, Retail and Distribution sectors.

Carolyn Horne

Chief Operating Officer

As Chief Operating Officer, Carolyn Horne is responsible for providing the sales support infrastructure to drive sales and operational excellence ensuring the company meets the demands of a highly competitive market and the changing needs of its customers and prospects. Carolyn's team enables and supports multiple lines of business to ensure SAP UKI helps its customers to realise the full value of their SAP investments and become Best Run Businesses.

Carolyn has over 17 years’ experience in the software Industry, of which 11 have been spent with SAP undertaking a variety of leadership roles. Prior to becoming COO she was Pre-sales Director, leading the UKI presales organisation in driving adoption of proven industry solutions and best practices to SAP customers, internal stakeholders, and the SAP Partner ecosystem. Before SAP, Carolyn held roles at PeopleSoft and QSP.

Stephen Read

Director of SME

Stephen Read was appointed Director of SME, SAP UKI in January 2009 and is responsible for the management of the SME team covering the entire portfolio of SAP SME solutions: SAP Business All-In-One; SAP Business One and SAP Business ByDesign. Stephen is responsible for driving growth in this sector and brings to this role more than 16 years’ experience in sales and marketing at UK and International levels with a proven track record in multi-channel and volume business models.

Stephen joined SAP in April 2006 when he joined as Senior Director, Midsize Enterprise Partners, EMEA and was responsible for the indirect channel business within the mid market. In April 2007, Stephen was appointed as VP, Business Development, SME EMEA and was responsible for leading the go-to-market strategy for SAP Business ByDesign and the execution of Business All-In-One programmes.

Prior to SAP, Stephen was Director, Global Partner Programme at Sony Ericsson, European Sales Director at Elateral and held various positions for the Lotus/IBM Software Partner Organisation.
