Steven M. WinterManaging Director SAP UK and Ireland Steve Winter, Managing Director, SAP UK and Ireland, has a key objective of helping SAP’s customers adapt quickly to changing and challenging market conditions so they can run, grow, or transform their business in order to achieve their strategic goals. Steve is also responsible, with the support of his Leadership Team, for executing the company’s business strategy and growth plans that will enable SAP to expand its leadership position in the business software arena. Prior to joining SAP UK and Ireland in September 2011, Steve served as Chief Operating Officer for SAP North America, where he led the , led the Premier Customer Network Center of Excellence, the Line of Business Center of Excellence, Private Equity Sales, Business Operations, Ecosystems & Alliances, Small and Midsize Enterprises (SME), Value Engineering, Solution Advisors, and Inside Sales teams. Steve previously served as executive vice president of Enterprise Sales, responsible for overseeing the enterprise business for SAP North America. In this role, Steve drove industry-specific sales along with customer satisfaction for all large and midsize companies. Prior to that, Steve led Enterprise Sales in both the Midwest and Southwest regions. Steve joined SAP in 2005 after a12-year tenure with PeopleSoft, where he held various executive sales management roles, including vice president and general manager of the company’s Midwest region office in Chicago. Steve holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration of computer information systems from Georgia State University. He is currently a Committee Member of The Prince’s Trust Technology Leadership Group, of which SAP UK and Ireland is Patron.

Laura BurtonHuman Resources Director Laura Burton was appointed HR Director for the UK and Ireland in October 2011. Laura is responsible for managing a team of seven HR Business Partners dedicated to supporting all Business functions across SAP UKI. She also oversees the wider HR team who supports recruitment, contracts, training, rewards and benefits for approximately 1100 employees. Prior to joining SAP, Laura spent 12 years working for Capgemini and IBM in a variety of HR roles and management positions.

Elena ShishkinaChief Financial Officer As Chief Financial Officer, Elena Shishkina is primarily responsible for driving financial excellence, as well as pro-actively supporting commercial operations across the UK business, with an overall objective to optimize profitability and maximize cash flow generation. She also has overall responsibility for all compliance activity in the UK and Ireland market unit. Elena was appointed as Chief Financial Officer, SAP UK and Ireland in April 2011, and has been at SAP since 2005, having most recently acted as CFO and General Manager for the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS). Prior to joining SAP, Elena held positions of CFO at ASB Reitung and Consultant at InterMatrix, in Russia.

Guy ArmstrongDirector of Services Guy is Director of Services for SAP UK and Ireland and is responsible for the services and support to provide customers with the knowledge, tools, and assistance to maximise their success. With his team, Guy is committed to ensuring that customers continue to reap the full benefits of their investment in SAP software throughout its lifecycle. Guy joined SAP in 2005 as Director of Operations Consulting. Prior to this he worked for Gartner in its Benchmarking & Consulting Practices and was the Vice President of its EMEA Consulting Operation Division. Guy has over 15 years experience in the IT industry.

John AntunesDirector of SME and Channels, SAP UKI John Antunes was appointed Director of SME and Channels, SAP UKI in January 2011 and is responsible for the management of the SME team, covering the entire portfolio of SAP SME solutions, as well as it’s channel partners (system integrators, resellers, distributors, equipment and outsourcing partners), and the go-to-market team for the SAP Business ByDesign solution, which will further leverage the company’s partner-driven SME sales strategy. John brings more than 15 years of experience from the SME technology sector, having joined SAP from leading IT security vendor Sophos, where he was the Head of SME, responsible for developing and executing their direct and indirect sales strategy. Prior to Sophos, John was Partner Sales Manager at Microsoft UK, and before that, held various Managerial and Sales Director roles at Sage and Softline Pastel in South Africa.

Patrick BoothIndustry Sales Director As Industry Sales Director, Patrick Booth is responsible for improving sales efficiency and effectiveness, focusing on delivering value-led solutions to SAP’s customers. Patrick leads the enterprise Sales Management teams responsible for the following industry areas: Manufacturing, Services, Utilities, Telecoms, Consumer Products and Pharmaceuticals. As part of the UKI Leadership Team, Patrick’s focus is to deliver growth plans that will enable SAP to expand its leadership position in the business software arena. A key goal for SAP is to carry forward the company’s strategy to deliver value to customers, by thinking of innovative ways to improve the processes that drive their business using SAP’s broad portfolio of business applications, whether on premise, on device or on demand. Patrick joined the UK Executive Board in June 2009. Prior to this, he was the Commercial Sales Manager at Business Objects. He has over 20 years of sales and marketing experience in the IT Industry, holding various positions within IBM, Oracle and Siebel Systems.

Alastair MacKenzieSales Director for Line of Business Solutions Alastair was appointed as Sales Director for Line of Business Solutions in January 2012 and is responsible for this fast growing area which covers Customer Experience Management, Human Capital Management, Supply Chain Management, Suppler Relationship Management and Mobility. Line of Business Solutions and Mobility are key to SAP’s strategic growth goals and encompasses investment not only in product development but also in a specialist sales organisation that has deep domain knowledge and customer insight. Alastair is responsible for managing and growing the sales teams, delivering double digit growth and ensuring continuing customer success. Alastair joined SAP in September 2011 with over 20 years of experience in software, holding various management positions within IBM, MDIS and OpenText. Alastair has a BSc in Computing Science, Operational Research and Statistics.
