    • Sustainability analytics: Rapidly deploy a solution for health and safety analytics. This demonstration shows how a rapid-deployment solution for health and safety analytics allows you to: get an overview of incidents and illnesses, review incident details, check causes and corrective actions, and review risks and preventative actions. Plant managers and corporate-health-and-safety managers can get an overview of incidents and illnesses at an individual plant or across all organizational levels. Jim is a plant manager at his company. He uses a rapid deployment of analytics for the SAP Environment, Health, and Safety Management application to manage health and safety risks and exceptions. Jim can see incident and illness data from SAP Environment, Health, and Safety Management in the dashboard of the rapid-deployment solution. He chooses his country and plant to see the health and safety information for his plant. Jim can see the number of incidents and illnesses for various time periods for the last twelve months and the past five years. He can also see incident data for each day in a given month. Jim can see the incident status for various time periods. He can see the number of incidents in a particular category, for a selected work area and time period. And, he can see the number of incidents for a particular cause, for a selected work area and time period. Review incident details. Now, Jim wants to take a more-detailed look at the incidents that have occurred at his company. He can see the number of incidents for the particular person–days-lost range for a selected time period. Jim can see the person-days lost and the trend for the number of incidents for the last 12 months. And, he can see the trend for the number of incidents in a particular category for the last 12 months and the past 5 years. Jim can select or deselect an incident category. Check causes and corrective actions. Jim wants to analyze the specific causes and understand why incidents are occurring. Here, he can see the number of incidents for a particular main cause for the last 12 months. He can see the number-of-incidents trend – for example, for the last 12 months – for a particular main cause or lower-level subcause. And, he can see the number of open, in-process, and closed corrective actions for a selected time period. Jim can select a corrective-action type, and review the number of open and in-process corrective actions. Review risks and preventative actions. Now, Jim wants to take a close look at the risks. He can see the number of hazardous substances and high-risk hazards in a particular work area. He can see the number of preventive actions, by status, for a selected time period. Jim reviews a list of high-risk hazards with the number of open preventive actions for each hazard. And, he reviews the list of hazardous substances with the number of open, preventive actions for each substance. At any time during his analysis, Jim can click the Xplore button to drill down further and do his own ad hoc analysis, using the predefined content that populates these analytics.
