The following are the terms, conditions, cancellation, and substitution policies for SAP TechEd 2008 Bangalore.

Term and Conditions

• There will be no extensions to the timelines.
• No spot registration for certification will be accepted at SAP TechEd 2008 Bangalore.
• No soft copies of documents for registration of certification will be accepted.
• Incomplete documentation will not be accepted.
• Documents not received at the correct address will not be considered for registration.
• Queries on certification slot details will not be addressed via phone.
• Certificates or score sheets will be dispatched to the address mentioned during registration at SAP TechEd 2008.
• Address change at a later point of time cannot be accommodated.
• Certificates or score sheets for group registrations will be dispatched to the SPOC of the company.

Cancellation and Substitution Policy

• If you cancel your participation for SAP TechEd 2008 Bangalore, your registration for SAP Certification Exam also stands as cancelled. There will be no refund of fees paid for SAP Consultant Certification Exams.
  • No refund will be processed for certification fee after submission of documents.
• If you are substituting your registration for SAP TechEd 2008 Bangalore, your registration for SAP Consultant Certification Exam also stands as cancelled. There will be no refund of fees paid for SAP Certification Exams.
• No substitution of participants for certification will be allowed in case the registered participant is unable to take the certification during SAP TechEd 2008 Bangalore. Certification fees will not be refunded.
• If any registered candidate cannot participate in certification during SAP TechEd 2008, there will be no refund of the certification fees paid.

Certification policy in India is applied consistently to partners, customers, and individuals. SAP is committed to enforcing these policies to allow only qualified consultants with the right credentials to take the certification exams and also prevent participants from unauthorized training vendors from participating in certification. There are no exceptions to these prerequisites.
