Professional Facilitation Services

Once the designated people in your organization have received initial training and gained the basic knowledge on how to employ the methodologies and utilize the related tools and utilities, our Professional Facilitation Services specialists will provide you with appropriate guidance and support in the application of those methods and tools in your business.

• Enterprise Development Roadmap (EDR)

Initially, a SAP Growth Support consultant will facilitate a series of high level discussions with the executive team. These discussions take place 1 day per week, over a 4 week period. These discussions are framed within a systematic format that enables precise comprehension of where your organisation is currently positioned and where it would want to be at a future point in time. This effort develops a set of insights and foresights that are specific to your enterprise.

Further analysis and processing of these insights and foresights produces a roadmap that describes the tasks and actions required to take your business from where it is now to where it needs to be, in order to achieve its end goals; for us the desired outcome of this engagement is your business being able to successfully navigate its specific enterprise development roadmap.

• Organisational Development Diagnostic Survey Tool (ODDST)

The ODDST is a survey tool that is designed as an initial entry research instrument of an action research methodology. It is designed to measure the perceptions and attitudes of employees along 24 critical organisational variables that provide a sound basis for a very accurate and comprehensive evaluation of the dynamics and culture that are at work in your organization.

• Facilitator Quarterly Reviews

Our approach includes quarterly onsite assessments of your progress and provides you with feedback, comments and suggestions. We also provide telephonic and email support should you have any particular problems and issues relating to the implementation of your business' growth projects.

Training Services

This requires the organisation to select an administrator who will be trained on the various methodologies and tools used by SAP Growth Support in order to fulfil certain administrative and coordinating functions required by the program. This administrator will be closely involved in the administration of all enterprise development projects.

SAP Growth Support will liaise with this administrator to ensure that project milestones are completed according to the requirements of the project plan. Progress on projects will be formally reviewed and reported on weekly through our own Implementation Support Desk and as agreed between you and SAP Growth Support. Your administrator will receive the following training:
