A centralised process, facility and support service for the creation of quality responses to RFX's, Proposals, etc., collectively known as Bid Documents.
Purpose:
- Supply a service and support to SAP South Africa, SAP Africa Region and Field Services staff for the creation of Bid Documents.
- Implement a useable and simple Bid Management service and support.
- Provide a professional, quality, standard output for all bids.
- Integrate Bid Management into existing SAP South Africa and SAP Public Services business process's and tools.
- Incorporation of Risk Management within the Bid Management process.
- Provide a Bid Management retrieval and storage facility.
- Develop and maintain a library of product information, logos, templates, samples and Bid Management documents.
All Bids (Tenders, Proposals, RFI's, RFP's Expression of Interest, etc.) must be processed through the Bid Centre regardless of who will be submitting (i.e. SAP or Partner) this covers Software and/or Consulting bids for SAP South Africa and SAP Africa Region.
