How It Works

SAP BusinessObjects BI OnDemand is made up of two parts:

Data Integration Hub

The data integration hub uses an automated process to move data from your data sources into our fully supported and hosted data warehouse. Incoming data can include:

• Your local, on-premise sources, for example: Oracle, PeopleSoft, SAP
• Third-party, off-premise sources, for example: Salesforce.com, NetSuite, WebEx

To make it easier to work with your data, you'll be able to build a universe on top of the data warehouse that assigns business names to database objects.

Separate environments for production, development, and staging allow you to develop and test new business intelligence solutions without affecting your production environment.

End-User Interface
