  • Management of multiple compliance initiatives – You can gain visibility across any number of compliance and business policy initiatives within a single system – with different access, reporting, and configuration options – while sharing common services including the same workflow and planning and scheduling capability.
  • Continuous monitoring of controls – The software can enable you to monitor controls across SAP systems and non-SAP systems in a fully integrated fashion.
  • Automated rules framework – Automated workflows and notifications can help you shorten audit cycles, speed response, and reduce overall expense. You can leverage over 200 delivered rules for SAP systems plus standard industry content for easy configuration of new rules.
  • Integration with SAP BusinessObjects Risk Management – The software includes many components in common with SAP BusinessObjects Risk Management such as organization structure, risk object, survey feature, and a common code base for easy implementation and more efficient monitoring and remediation.
  • Integration with Crystal Reports and Xcelsius – You can take advantage of over 40 reports and dashboards to easily deliver and deploy advanced features such as combined graphics and text reporting.
  • Adobe Interactive Forms – SAP BusinessObjects Process Control can enable testers and auditors to perform manual tests of controls in offline mode, improving productivity and availability.
  • Improved search – The software can allow quick and easy retrieval of all relevant documents using either metadata search (structured) or document content search (unstructured) methods.
  • Risk-based scoping – You can improve your ability to perform materiality analysis and risk assessments to determine control coverage and the desired level of evidence.
  • Upgrade utilities – SAP BusinessObjects Process Control includes utilities and supporting documentation for customers with earlier versions or related applications to speed migration and leverage existing data.
