SAP Recognized as Market Leader in CRM
SAP has won three CRM Market Leader awards from CRM magazine, further cementing our role as both a CRM market leader and a well-respected thought leader.
The award goes to CRM companies that have developed leading customer-centric solutions or services, and that have gained – or are significantly gaining – a strong market presence.
For this contest, SAP has been named the market leader in three of eight categories:
- Enterprise suite CRM – Serves customer/user companies with more than $1 billion in annual revenue
- Midmarket suite CRM – Serves companies and divisions of large enterprises with $100 million to $1 billion in annual revenue
- Marketing automation – Recognizes companies successfully empowering employees with the ability to individualize marketing efforts
These awards come in addition to the CRM Elite award and the CRM Service Leader award that SAP received earlier this year.

CRM Elite Award
The CRM Elite award recognizes excellence in getting both hard and soft ROI results from CRM initiatives. In 2006, SAP and Pacific Coast Feather received this award for PCF's ROI in "midmarket suite CRM."
CRM Service Leader Award
CRM Service Leaders awards honor the leaders in the service and support industry, as well as service vendors that are shaking up the contact center industry with initiatives such as bold mergers and acquisitions, innovate product launches, and organizational restructuring.
In 2006, SAP was recognized as the winner and clear leader among contact center vendors.
Full award details will be published in the October issue of CRM magazine.
