The Online Store Benchmark simulates users who also use the transactions WW20 and VW10. In transaction WW20, a Web user who has chosen to browse through the product catalog is looking into the shops and products. A selected product is added to the shopping basket, the user requests a quote for the product, and the user orders it. In transaction VW10, the user has chosen Sales Order Status and requests a list of all the orders. The user then checks the status of the order and logs off.
