Business Process Outsourcing
SAP-Enabled BPO Services
SAP supports business process outsourcing (BPO) providers in setting up services that generate sustainable business value by lowering costs, reducing risks, and improving process quality. SAP continually invests substantial resources to further our relationships with select BPO providers – to ensure that our joint customers receive first-rate BPO services.
BPO Providers Powered by SAP
Our partners include leading BPO providers for human resources, procurement, and finance and accounting outsourcing. Through our BPO certification, SAP ensures that providers maintain a high level of technical expertise in SAP solutions and proven support capabilities.
Provider Enablement
SAP is committed to ensuring that our BPO partners deliver high-quality services based on state-of-the-art SAP solutions. Providers must meet rigorous certification standards – with biannual recertification – to confirm that they can continue to provide the level of service you require.
SAP-enabled BPO services include the following:
- BPO provider qualification – With business process outsourcing (BPO) provider qualification, SAP performs a rigorous biannual certification to ensure the quality of each provider's operations. Qualification is conducted by region – Americas, Asia and Pacific, and Europe, Middle East, and Africa – and by process platform – including procurement and human capital management.
- SAP Enterprise Support – SAP Enterprise Support provides SAP support through a 24/7 guaranteed service-level agreement, continuous quality checks, support advisory, and advanced support for implementing SAP ERP enhancement packages and support packages. An enterprise edition of SAP Solution Manager enables proactive risk reduction while increasing the business value of your SAP solutions.
- SAP Safeguarding – Through the SAP Safeguarding service, SAP provides our unique expertise – gained from supporting all the SAP installations throughout the world – to identify and mitigate technical risks in implementation and upgrade projects. The SAP Safeguarding service is always driven by a technical quality manager. The technical quality manager is on-site to ensure that the appropriate services or expertise is delivered, confirm that knowledge transfer takes place, and serve as a back-office liaison to provide the most professional, realistic technical quality management.
