Tasks
LE (Large Enterprise) unit is a part of SAP taking direct care of a very limited number of the top named Clients of the company. COO is another key unit of SAP sales structures, managing all sales support, business development, marketing, and operations for both LE and SME areas. This is a strong centralized organisation, utilising the top-quality resources and knowledge pool on the Central-European level (4 countries: Czech, Hungary, Poland, and Slovakia).
These days we are looking for a strong business partner who will enable the further successful SAP sales to the LE sector in all the 4 countries of the CE region by implementing and developing the best-practices operational side of the sales activities. This includes developing well-working and value-adding processes and organisational excellence (e.g. information flow, ownership and collaboration models, opportunity/account planning) and managing the correct business information support.
Sales Operations Manager will be a member of the COO organisation, reporting to the CE Operations Manager. He or she will be a key partner to the CE LE Director and will work closely with local LE Sales Directors to understand, agree, and deliver the processes and information which are needed to make their activities successful. The Operations Manager concentrates on targets achievement, sales productivity, and high growth rates for the market unit. The key tasks include:

Analyze strengths, weaknesses within the operational sales model and develop strategies to optimize the processes and activities, while making effective use of all SAP assets. |
| Defining Operational Strategy to optimize sales productivity |
Define a strategy that optimizes the interconnection between Business Development and Sales related activities. Optimize successful sales management tactical requirements through a flexible and scalable framework. Deliver a model that improves Sales Productivity. |
| Planning, Orchestrating and developing Market Unit proactive approach to business engagement and management |
Work with operational personnel to drive operational excellence in business engagement and management. Engage Regional Management to create a consistent and standard operational plan in the organization.
Support Sales team business model and closely align with sales management to enable sustainability and efficiency of the model. |
| Sharing industry best practices |
Deploy a framework to roll-out best practice in organization. Coach and support operational personnel to leverage all resources in support of sales executives and management. Provides insight in improving best practice and optimizing the relationships with Sales. Communicate COO Value Proposition into Sales community. |

Drive value and sales productivity into the frontline sales teams. Engage with Sales Management in setting priorities. Drive standard Demand Generation process across EMEA. |
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 2 years in Sales and/or Sales Management (or Consulting or Business Development) for modern professional companies offering advanced solutions (IT/consulting/financial/...) for large Clients, having had revenue or preferably P&L responsibility.
- Very good understanding of the specific business challenges and drivers of sales teams and having personally contributed to operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ability to partner with senior business executives: consult, influence, and drive change in complex environments
- Fluent English
