Pre Sales Program Manager - FS EMEA
Purpose and objective of the job
This person will work closely with the Head of Presales to develop and deliver tools and training to enhance the skills of the presales community. These programs include: skills, matrix, time tracking, web boards, and demonstration effectiveness. Furthermore, this individual should be able to anticipate future needs and training of the community and quickly move to implement a solution to increase the effectiveness of the team.

- Strong organizational skills required
- Strong program management skills
- Develop a solid project plan with milestones and deliverables. Furthermore, execute on the plan quickly handling any issues and objections.
- Strong objection handling skills
- Good Communication Skills
- The ability to develop a strong virtual network throughout EMEA in order to identify and share best practices that increase the effectiveness of each individual in their specific role.
- Facilitation skills are a must.
- The ability to listen to several sides of a debate and get agreement on common practices with buy in from all contingents
- Presentation skills
- Negotiation skills
- The ability to work with outside firms to develop training curriculum
Expectations and tasks of the job
Develop training curriculum for Presales - Develop necessary classes to ensure development of current Presales employees.
Assist in execution of Presales training - Act as a development partner for training companies and internal organizations to make sure Presales vernacular is being used
Understand the future needs and Current needs - Develop a relationship with the presales community to understand future requirements to assure success
Work experience
- Strong understanding of the Presales role
- At least 5 years having been a presales person is required
- Facilitation skills are a must.
- A strong internal SAP network is a plus
- Prior managerial experience is preferred
- International / global / regional experience with the necessary cultural awareness and respect
- Familiarity and in-depth knowledge of the pre-sales function with an enterprise software vendor
- Ability to present complex information to customers and colleagues in a clear and appealing manner
