Role Profile

Role Title: Education Head CE & SEME

Reporting to: Education Head EMEA-Cluster 3 and Field Services Head CE/SEME

Responsible for: Education function of MU

Purpose of role: Directs the overall Education function of MU, setting business strategy and optimising the financial performance of all Education revenue streams.

Objectives:

• Set the vision and strategy for the Education function in CE&SEME in line with Education EMEA's and global Education's overall business strategy and objectives
• Achieve revenue and cost objectives and business growth in line with Education EMEA and MU strategic and operational business plans

Duties & Responsibilities

• Set the vision and execute on the strategy for SAP CE/SEME Education
• Develop business strategies to meet and exceed revenue and cost objectives
• Continually identify and develop additional revenue generating opportunities
• Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by provision of quality services and products
• Develop a focused and cohesive team to deliver against the business objectives.
• Within the Education and overall global Services strategy, continue to innovate the Education offering

• Corporate Education and regional Education counterparts
• Education management team
• External customers and partners
• Services management team of MU
• Operations Management Team of MU
