Business Development Manager Field Services, Mid Enterprises
Purpose and objective of the job
As part of the EMEA NEWS Field Services team, and in close coordination with the Senior Sales Director, the Business Development Manager will have a key role in the development of this new SAP Service offering.
The main activities are
- To coordinate at NEWS level the FS Mid Enterprise sales approach. Set up in the MU customer office the correct GTM for FS ME mapped to territory sales executive and target account focus.
- Generate communication, activity and demand generation for ME Services in EMEA. Strategic KPIs will be :FS customer references ALL-in-one, FS references A1S, # of productised services (LE+ME)
This is a demanding role for a talented individual with energy and the ability to work on tight deadlines in a multi-cultural environment.
Education and qualifications / skills and competencies
- Master degree
- Program Management skills
- Strong drive and achievement focus
- English speaker
Expectations and tasks of the job
- Participate to the Planning and strategy for deployment of ME Services
- Developed the concept of partner as the customer
- Enable partners ecosystem to ME
- Participate to the development of business management tools and processes
- Participate to the creation of Reference and Marketing programmes
- Create and manage internal communication and knowledge management
- Develop activities for improving the field readiness
- Create, implement, deploy and manage sales initiatives and campaigns
- Collect results, feedbacks, requirements and recommendations from field and customers
- Plan and manage some events (training, road shows, seminars, customer events, ...)
Work experience
- Minimum of 2 – 3 years in similar role
- 3-5 years minimum ME and related services
