In recognition of partner contributions to our customer success and innovation, we are happy to announce SAP Pinnacle Awards 2012, our premier global partner recognition program. The online nomination (S-User log-in required) form is open and ready for submissions.

We are calling all of our best partners with a valid partner agreement in place to nominate themselves for SAP Pinnacle Awards 2012. SAP employees can also nominate and recognize partners who have excelled in developing and growing their partnership with SAP, while driving customer success.

SAP Pinnacle Award Categories for 2012

To help you understand the key performance indicators by which SAP will select the award winners and finalists, please see the 2012 award criteria.

Award Candidates

Eligible candidates are partners with a valid SAP partner agreement in the areas of:

• Service and integration
• Software solutions
• Technology
• Channel
• Hosting, application management services (AMS), and cloud
• Business process outsourcing (BPO) and business process as a service (BPaaS)
• Original equipment manufacturer (OEM)

SAP may extend the program to include additional partners associated with strategic initiatives.

Nominations and Selection

• SAP internal nominations – Provided by the respective SAP business units, field organizations, and strategic initiatives.
• Partner nominations – Partners may provide nominations for each performance category within the solution area. Nominations begin on January 16, 2012, and remain open until February 13, 2012. Please note: Partners should submit the nomination application with the focus on business activities or solutions performed in 2011.
• Award winner selection – Upon review of the nominations and comparison against pre-defined criteria, award winners will be determined by a committee headed by Global Ecosystem and Channels Group.
