Entry Requirements SAP Global Partner – Services
Pre-existing status as an SAP Partner – Services on a country level Minimum 5 countries
Market segment standing Must be among top companies as rated by independent analysts and customer satisfaction metrics
Geographical presence with ability to manage global projects At least two regions (NA, LA, EMEA, APJ), plus mid-term ambition in a third
SAP competence centers Two SAP demo centers with installed SAP solutions
Competency in global vertical industries Five
Key reference customers (Fortune 500) 10 global customers
Ability to support SAP sales activities and provide presales support Required for identified verticals & regions. Adequate pre-sales resources required.
General Requirements SAP Global Partner – Services
Commitment to generate incremental business for strategic initiatives At least €15 million joint partner SAP license revenue
Proactive engagement in co-innovation w/SAP and in SAP growth topics Required
Investment in partnership At least €1 million
SAP consultants Minimum 2000 consultants; Partner must ensure sufficient coverage locally, or a mature delivery model, to effectively run global projects in identified regions
Solution/product knowledge and quality certification At least 20% of consultants must be certified in most recent versions of SAP's strategic solutions & quality assurance methodologies
Joint success stories 5 (1 per identified industry)
