The services SAP ICC offers include:

• Access to SAP test systems – By subscribing to SAP test system access, software vendors can take advantage of the SAP ICC developer package service in order to access a variety of SAP test systems via a remote connection. Also included is a software developer's kit (SDK), as well as regular updates and downloads for SAP connectors.
• Integration assessment – Not all third-party software can be integrated using SAP predefined integration scenarios. So SAP ICC offers integration assessments that help software vendors design and develop new integrations – including information on how to use existing interfaces, since integrations based on stable, released interfaces qualify for SAP certification.
• Integration consulting and Webinars – SAP ICC provides consulting on SAP integration technologies upon request, and presents regular Webinars that focus on various technology options available for integrating external software with SAP solutions.
• Integration certification – Partners and independent software vendors (ISVs) can submit their interface software to an SAP ICC for certification testing. After this is completed, certified integrations are included in the SAP online partner and product directory for easy reference. Integration certifications are valid for 3 years.
• Technical suitability review – The technical suitability review (TSR) serves as an alternative path for quality control of solutions where traditional certification is not available, yet allows partners to meet SAP PartnerEdge technical qualification requirements.
