Since the start in 2010 the SAP LEAD Program has evolved into a state-of-the-art program with an international scope. Through a partnership with three renowned universities in Switzerland (University of St. Gallen, University of Liechtenstein, University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland) - we have accomplished an extension of our trainer network. Based on our experiences with the first three programs, the SAP LEAD Program is updated to reflect the latest developments in academic knowledge and integrate case studies with the newest insights from industry and business professionals from various backgrounds.
The 4th SAP LEAD Program will start on October 31th, 2012
Being an Enterprise Architect requires more than providing technology or architecture direction, mobilising others and controlling progress – it requires knowledge about Business Model Management, Service Model Management, Business Process Management as well as Performance and Value Management.
The SAP LEAD Program offers Enterprise Architects an exceptional growth opportunity, where they can refine and strengthen their enterprise architecture skills in the areas of Value and Performance, Business Processes, Business Services, Information, Applications, Data, Technology and Security, while at the same time solving daily challenges. While the standard SAP Education offerings for Enterprise Architecture (EA) will provide you with the required skills to take advantage of an adaptable, flexible and open IT architecture to develop service-based, enterprise-scale business solutions, the LEAD Program offers the opportunity to become a Value Architect, Process Architect, Business Architect or even a Lead Enterprise Architect.
Individual Performance Coaching
Individual Performance Coaching (IPC) is an integrated element of the SAP LEAD Program and will take the participants on a journey of personal and professional development through all the different aspects of Value Architecture, Process Architecture and Enterprise Architecture. For each module consisting of 5 training days you will receive 0.5 days of additional IPC and – for the full program – an additional 2 days of project coaching to support you in writing the Enterprise Architecture case.
Unique proposition to the market
The case study is an important part of the LEAD Program. What makes this program really unique is the innovative concept of using your company’s own data and work on a personalised case study for your company and thereby resolve major parts of your Business Process, Application, Data or Technology Architecture. Enabling your company to identify pain points, weakness clusters, improvement potential and business transformation potential.
SAP provides the LEAD Program also in modular format designed to meet the demands of busy architects who want to earn the Lead Enterprise Architect or Business Architect diploma without interrupting a challenging career.
