Full or half-day reference visit
A (prospective) customer visits your company, along with an
SAP representative, to receive first-hand information on
how your system functions in your daily operations. The
SAP representative will announce and request the visit- and
your cooperation - beforehand. A date is then agreed, and
SAP will provide you in advance with a list of names,
functions, and any specifics the visitor might wish to ask you
questions about.
Open day for SAP visitors
A group of (prospective) SAP customers will visit your
company, in an informal atmosphere, to get an impression
of how your system functions in your daily operations. The
activity is organised by SAP The Netherlands. During the day
your solution will be shown simultaneously to a group of
interested parties from different companies.
Reference telephone interview
An SAP connection will contact you, at a time and date
agreed in advance, to receive information from you about
your SAP implementation and to discuss any other matters
relevant to your system. As with site visits SAP will provide
details in advance concerning names, functions and specifics
the SAP connection would be interested in. The planned
telephone interview will take no less than 30 minutes, but
no more than one hour.
Group conference call or Web seminar
A group of (potential) customers will view your system
online or on an intranet website at your company. The
implementation process is discussed, and you will be asked
questions from participants about your SAP system.
Lecture/Presentation
You are invited to deliver a presentation on your SAP project
and the advantages it offers your business at an SAP event
(e.g. SAPPHIRE, SAP information session or a conference of
SAP-related industries).
Marketing campaign
If you participate in an SAP marketing campaign, your
company and your connection with SAP will be highlighted
in a medium determined in agreement between you and
SAP. Your company name and/or logo will also be incorporated,
as agreed with SAP.
Success Story
You are asked to cooperate with the publication of a success
story about your SAP implementation project and the specific
advantages it offers in your situation. The author of the
story will have an interview with you. The contents of the
interview – subject to your approval - will be used in printed
documentation, press articles, short presentations and
Internet publication.
Press release
You and SAP issue a joint press release informing a broad
audience about new, interesting developments surrounding
SAP solutions, for example, a "green light" given for an SAP
