Your company currently uses a SAP-R/3 system infrastructure (SAP R/3 4.6C or SAP R/3 4.7). You want to improve your processes and lay the foundation for an Enterprise Service-Oriented Architecture. That’s why you are planning to upgrade to the latest release of SAP ERP. To ensure a smooth transition you want to be as well prepared as possible and understand exactly what work and costs will be involved in the project.

In addition, you want to ensure that the technical upgrade to SAP ERP 6.0 is executed on time and on budget and that it includes adapting any existing modifications to your current SAP applications or your own IT applications.
