  교육과정명	SAP ERP 전략적 기업 경영 (Project Team SEM - ERP Strategic Enterprise Management)
  교육개요	본 과정은 효율적인 의사 결정을 지원하고 경영상에 성과지표를 선정하여 지속적인 관리기능을 제공하여 기업의 vision을 달성하기 위한 solution인 SEM (전략적 기업관리)에 대해 학습하는 교육과정입니다.
  교육목표	SAP R/3를 사용하고 있는 고객에게 종합 분석 및 성과관리 기능을 제공해 줄 뿐 만 아니라, 일부 업무상의 기능만을 R/3로 구현하였거나, 여러가지 다른 시스템을 통한 업무상의 흐름에서 발생한 정보들을 통합하여 경영전략수립 및 의사결정에 유효한 자료로 통합관리 하는 Tool을 제공하여 줍니다. SEM 과정에 교육을 이수함으로써 한층 더 upgrade된 컨설팅 능력을 배양하고 기업관리 mind를 재고 하는 효과를 얻을 수 있습니다.
  교육일수	주 5회 과정으로 월요일 ~ 금요일 09:00~17:00 총 10일(2주과정)
