SAP for Professional Services provides business processes that provide a combined view of commercial and technical aspects in IT service management, including best-practices based on the IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL). SAP solutions achieved PinkVerify certification for eight processes.

With SAP, you will accelerate your service processes by handling customer IT requests from proposal to contract to delivery and billing – and handling service orders from contract to cash. The solution enables global delivery by automating end-to-end, IT-service management processes such as in spare parts management.

SAP business processes for business and IT service management are designed for various provider scenarios such as external IT service providers, internal IT departments, or shared service centers. The solution's scope incorporates IT service management processes for the complete IT landscape of a service provider.
