Blue Box and SAP Hong Kong enter into an agreement to deploy mySAP™ ERP
Solution to boost Blue Box's competitiveness in the global marketplace

HONG KONG - April 21, 2005 – SAP, the world's leading provider of business software solutions, today announced that it has entered into an agreement with Blue Box Holdings Ltd (Blue Box), one of the most well-established toy manufacturers in Hong Kong, to deploy mySAP™ ERP Solution. Committed to driving Blue Box's operational efficiency, SAP will focus its efforts on optimizing the company's resources, and improving staff productivity as well as streamlining the operational model and workflow. The ultimate objective of the project is to boost Blue Box's competitiveness in the market and become a world-class enterprise.
