EganaGoldpfeil and SAP Hong Kong enter into an agreement to deploy mySAP™
ERP Solution for higher operational efficiency

HONG KONG – November 4, 2005 - SAP, the world's leading provider of business software solutions, today announced that EganaGoldpfeil (Holdings) Limited ("EganaGoldpfeil")(stock code: 0048), a leading timepiece, jewellery, leather products and fashion accessories brand management group, has selected mySAP™ ERP Solution to drive higher operational efficiency and enhance corporate governance.

EganaGoldpfeil is listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. It is a brand management group engaged in timepiece, jewellery, leather and fashion accessories activities of over 50 self-owned and exclusive licensed brands such as Goldpfeil, Comtesse, PUMA, Junghans, Cerruti 1881, Esprit, and MEXX with operating presence in 19 strategic jurisdictions to oversee and coordinate the Group's vertically-integrated manufacturing facilities, distribution channels and retails outlets worldwide. Recent FY 04/05 annual results release showed the Group has experienced a strong earnings growth of 48.5 percent.

To accommodate its rapid growth, EganaGoldpfeil was looking for an integrated, standardized and centralized solution to achieve lower production costs and higher efficiency. Having reviewed different ERP systems in the market, EganaGoldpfeil selected mySAP™ ERP solution to help optimize the company's overall operations including production, product development, sales and marketing, as well as intra-group and inter-group communications.
