SAP Deutschland AG & Co. KG is collaborating with Steinbeis Center of Management and Technology (SCMT), SRH Hochschule (Heidelberg University of Applied Sciences), and Technische Universität München (TUM) to provide comprehensive, on-the-job education for tomorrow’s management staff and young professionals. This is the SAP Corporate Master program, whose goal is to educate and advance talented young employees of companies and consulting firms from a wide range of fields.

Academic Studies with integrated SAP-certified consultant qualification

We are offering four study programs focusing on different aspects of management and technology in conjunction with our selected higher education partners:

• Master of Business Administration (MBA) – at least two years of professional experience required
• Master of Business Engineering (MBE) – immediately after bachelor’s degree
• Master of Science (MSc) – immediately after bachelor’s degree
• Master of Computer Science (MCompSc) – not consecutive, immediately after bachelor’s degree

A common feature of these study programs is that they include an SAP-certified consultant qualification. While the universities involved in the master programs are responsible for teaching and examining students in the academic components of the programs, the SAP Education organization provides SAP-certified consultant training and sets the related examinations.

On-the job learning is a key element of the program: alongside their academic studies, participants take part in projects at their own companies or at customer sites, allowing them to put their theoretical learning into practice and to enhance it.

Master's Degree and Certification as an SAP Consultant

On successful completion of the program, graduates are awarded an academic degree from their university – MBA, MBE, MSc, or MCompSc – and an internationally recognized SAP consultant certificate from SAP Education.
