    • With SAP Sales OnDemand, versions for iPhone, iPad and Blackberry,

    • I’m John Kim, a sales representative.
    • Let me show you how I use SAP Sales OnDemand to help me prepare
    • for an important meeting with my customer, Futurevision.
    • I’m using my iPad, but I could also use a Blackberry or an iPhone.
    • I’m starting in my feeds.
    • This is where I can see and publish real-time updates that are relevant to my accounts and opportunities.
    • I can also communicate with my sales team and business network on important sales topics.
    • My manager, Diane Williams, has just posted a message
    • She says that I can get great information about a competitor,
    • Woodbridge Systems, from my colleague, Phil Hughes.
    • This information may be just what I need to help me prepare for my customer meeting.
    • I’ll schedule a meeting with Phil and follow his feed
    • so I can get some tips from him on competing against Woodbridge.
    • If I want to follow and collaborate with other sales colleagues,
    • I can quickly select their names from the employee directory, and then tap the follow icon.
    • With SAP Sales OnDemand, I can efficiently manage and update key sales information
    • such as accounts, contacts, leads, and opportunities.
    • I can also use real-time analytics to stay on top of my sales performance
    • and eliminate unwanted surprises.
    • If I’m interested in a specific chart, I can mark it for future reference; or I can print or e-mail it.
    • Now I’ll open a list of my accounts.
    • With location-based services, SAP Sales OnDemand maps my proximity to nearby accounts.
    • With the iPad’s multi-touch capability, I can easily zoom-out to see all of my accounts.
    • Rotating the screen 90 degrees allows me to view information in landscape mode.
    • I can specify which accounts I want to see, or I can search for a specific account.
    • By hovering over the ‘I’ icon, I get a quick view of account information
    • or I can drill down for more detail.
    • The overview shows me information such as recent feeds, activities, the account team, and addresses.
    • I can also access other important information,
    • such as contacts, leads, opportunities, and sales orders or quotations from SAP ERP.
    • Next, I’ll go back to the feed so I can respond to my manager, letting her know
    • that I’m meeting with Phil to get more information about competing against Woodbridge Systems.
    • While I’m here, I’ll review the sales opportunity I have with Futurevision.
    • Because the opportunity is hyperlinked in the feed,
    • I can hover over it for a preview, or I can click it for more detail.
    • Once in the opportunity, I can see and add relevant information.
    • For example, I can create a task that reminds me to meet with Phil.
    • Also, the software’s intuitive interface simplifies access to things like recently visited customer records.
    • SAP Sales OnDemand works with other mobile devices too, such as an iPhone or a Blackberry,
    • providing access to these same useful collaboration features.
    • From an iPhone, all of my SAP Sales OnDemand information is available in real-time,
    • organized intuitively on screen so it’s easier to manage.
    • Here too, I can track my sales performance with real-time analytics
    • and keep tabs on metrics important to me, such as average sales cycle.
    • If I’m using a Blackberry,
    • I gain one-click access to the same information I was able to reach through an iPad or iPhone.
    • If I add an appointment to block time in my calendar to prepare for my Futurevision meeting,
    • the appointment will also sync with my Outlook calendar.
    • All of the time-saving features of SAP Sales OnDemand are available
    • on mobile devices such as the iPhone, iPad, and Blackberry.
