The mission of the Active Global Support organization in SAP Labs France is to develop supportability tools and embedded services for SAP NetWeaver.

AGS focuses on Solution Support by addressing risk management, TCO and innovation needs of NetWeaver customers solution. The AGS group in SAP Labs France is specialized in the following domains:
