SAP Customer Specific Training
What is customer specific training?
SAP Education offers you a training program specifically designed to meet you and your company’s needs. We call this ‘SAP customer specific training’.
The customer specific training program will be planned in cooperation with the SAP Education department and your company and might include:
- A program based around a standard scheduled course, or several standard courses designed to focus on your industry and your business processes.
- Individual coaching.
- Structured workshops.
- A certification program including exam sessions.
Customer specific training – much more than just learning
A customer specific training course is much more than educational sessions. By bringing your team members together in an exclusive learning environment, they will be able to work closely together, get to know each other better and enter into more general discussions about the everyday challenges. In other words, a customer specific training program can also function as a teambuilding course for you and your team.
Where will the training take place?
For us to be able to meet your and your company’s needs, we have different delivery options. For instance, we can offer you:
- Training at SAP Finland’s training classrooms in Helsinki, Finland.
- Training at your own site, using your own PCs to access the SAP systems via Citrix Secure Gateway.
- Virtual Live Classroom Training, which means that the training is delivered to remote participants via an online connection.

How much does it cost?
Our customer specific training programs are priced based on the number of participants you have, the specific course(s) you need and the location of the training. We require two-three weeks notice for your requested dates, in order to complete the necessary checks.

If you would like to plan a customer specific training program for you and your team, the first thing you will have to do, is to contact the SAP Education Finland team. We will help you identify your needs and goals for your education program. Together, we will talk about the number of participants, the necessary standard courses, and the perfect delivery method.
When we have identified the courses perfectly fitting your needs, and defined your preferred delivery method, we will send you a formal order, which we will ask you to return to us with your payment information.
