Customer specific training is delivered for a defined group of participants.
It Could be:
- A standard course from our catalogue, but delivered at a more convenient time to suit your schedule, or for a larger number of your own project team
- A program based around a standard scheduled course, or including elements from several, but with a specific focus on your industry and your own business processes
- Structured workshops to key users
- A certification program including exam
We can also offer a Training Needs Analysis (TNA) service.

Virtual live classroom training is comprehensive training from SAP experts using over-the-web connectivity – with scheduled events enabling you to attend training without the associated travel time and expenses.
The same type of content delivered in SAP's traditional classrooms is presented during virtual classroom deliveries. As in SAP's traditional classrooms, SAP virtual live classroom stresses hands-on learning providing each registered student with exclusive access to live SAP systems throughout each course.
With e-Academies you will benefit from a flexible learning program which allows you to learn whenever and wherever you want. You get flexible access to e-learning content, training systems, and help desk support over a 3 or 5 month period.
e-Academies help students get ready for job related tasks and prepares them for SAP's certification exams. During the access period you will get access to mentor tips and expert know-how via voice chat, Net meeting, or Web-based chat. e-Academies are fully supported to ensure constant and consistent help to students for all units in the module.
